EVV and compliance

EVV, built into every visit

  • Records the time, the location at clock-in and clock-out, the service and the client for each visit.
  • Shows the sync status with HHAeXchange for every visit.
  • Collects the client’s signature, or a reason code from the aggregator’s list when they can’t sign.
  • Shows rejected and pending visits with the reason, so the office can fix them.
  • Shows caregivers a one-time notice about what is shared, before their first visit.
